Seider Heating, Plumbing & Electrical

Another couple of great experiences with Seider A few months ago, I purchased a new laundry basin that I needed installed and the Seider plumber that was assigned did a fantastic job moving all the drain pipes for the washer and air conditioner into a new code compliant setup. He knew exactly what I wanted before I had to explain it to him. Today, I woke up to a non functioning boiler system that was installed by Seider 5 months ago. I called for service at 7:15 am and had a tech over by 10am. He figured out it was an electrical issue very quickly and organized for an electrician to come. A few hours later, service was provided and our system was running by noon. I was very impressed with the troubleshooting skills of the electrician and quickly the problem was solved.

We are excited to write this review. John was very prompt with the quotation and expedited the scheduling. They got us on the schedule in 3 business days. Tony and Tom were also phenomenal! They arrived early and were very efficient and clean! They left the job impeccable and replaced the furnace and water heater. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and explained every step to ensure we were comfortable with the process. We are very grateful! Thank you, Seider!

When I looked at their install, I noticed the safety panel covering the electrical was inside the unit and had damaged the sides. They didn't replace the faulty electrical breaker they said they would. I have dogs running around that AC all the time. If I didn't look closer I could easily have a dead dog.. not to mention damaged AC. They did eventually replace the unit (under warranty they blamed the manufacturer) after repeated following. No apology, no compensation. Really disappointing after being sold on a family company etc.. - Just an update in response to the company response: The frustration is not about a product defect. It was the shoddy/dangerous install. The communication I've had with upper management implied I was lying about the circumstances. The bad job is one thing, to have an owner trash me for complaining and ultimately did not respond after offering me compensation for saying that I wasn't telling the truth. I absolutely am. Final edit: 10/26. After 5 months and ultimately filing complaints with WI regulators and then finally a BBB complaint after the business reposed recently, I was given a 10% refund.

I highly recommend Seider Heating. Service was prompt, techs knowledgeable & courteous. My furnace was 26 yrs old, techs explained it was slim he could get parts & the m furnacce was on birrowed time within minutes John from Sales was explaining my options. His knowledge & explanation of the furncae helped me me make an ecucated decision to purchase the right furnace for mt home. Installation was scheduled in little more than 36 hours and was done professionally. The two gentlemen that came out to put in our new furnace were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. They left the area very clean and explained our new heating system to us. We are having them install our new air-conditioning as soon as weather permits. Great job

During a prompt Friday might service call John R provided a competitive quote to replace our 30 year old furnace. The following Wednesday Derek and Owen did an excellant job in the new furnace installation. All three were very professional, explaining the process and responding to our questions. I would recommend Seider as your HVAC provider.

John gave us a (virtual) quote for a new air conditioner. He was very responsive, answered all my questions, and was able to track down the specific unit we wanted. Installation was quick and well-communicated, and the two techs did a great job cleaning up, walking us through the new system, and answering all our questions.

I had two plumbing repairs done this morning by Jason. He was extremely professional and polite. Both repairs were done quickly and he explained how he was going to fix the problems before he started work. And he resolved a third problem in less than a minute that another plumber 3 years ago said would require removing walls and bathroom cabinets! I am very pleased with the job Jason did.
